Europe-China Net Zero Power System Summit​

The Global Solar Council is a proud co-organizer of Huawei European Digital Power's “International Digital Energy Expo 2024 & Europe-China Net Zero Power System Summit”, scheduled to take place on 8-11 September in Shenzhen, China. This significant event will bring together industry leaders, policy makers, and key stakeholders to discuss and shape the future of the power system.

China and Europe each have unique advantages and valuable experiences in the energy sector. China has made significant progress in large-scale renewable energy development and application, while Europe has accumulated rich experience in energy policy, technological innovation, and market design. In-depth exchanges between both sides can provide important references for each other's green transition.​

The International Digital Energy Expo 2024 & Europe-China Net Zero Power System Summit aims at bridging China and Europe, and foster technological advancements in the energy sector on both sides. During the summit, experts from TSOs, Assets Owners, Standard Committees, Universities & Institutes, Associations, and Think Tanks will discuss the strategies, technologies, standards, market mechanisms, and project practices for power system development, grid forming, and BESS safety.
